Job Description

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service.


Key Accountabilities:


Generate daily sales and stock reports and distribute them to all sales teams and managers.
Process daily sales orders and returns promptly while maintaining complete records of all transactions.
Assist in sales promotion and tracking initiatives.
Process expense purchase orders (PO) based on sales requests.
Handle sample and co-packing requests efficiently.
Ensure proper coordination with all internal departments, including accounts and warehouse, to maintain seamless workflow (e.g., order picking, account creation).
Enter returns uplift forms and coordinate with the logistics team, following up on deliveries as needed.
Skills, Experience, and Qualification:


Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role in FMCG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Technical skills include intermediate-level analysis and proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
