Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assisting in partnering with leadership to promote and sustain an inclusive company culture that aligns with business goals
Supporting the design and implementation of programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, motivation, and collaboration within the organization
Organizing events and activities, such as town halls and team-building exercises, to strengthen employee connection and reinforce company values
Contributing to the development and execution of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about key initiatives, changes, and updates
Promoting employee well-being through initiatives focused on work-life balance, mental health, and overall wellness
Conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback to assess engagement levels, satisfaction, and workplace culture
Analyzing feedback and engagement data to provide insights that support the improvement of organizational culture and employee satisfaction
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or culture management, ideally within a corporate or organizational setting
Familiarity with the design and implementation of culture and engagement strategies that enhance the employee experience
* Experience in supporting workshops, focus groups, or training sessions that promote communication and collaboration
