Job Description

  • Supporting the team on their daily tasks & needs.
  • Assisting in planning and executing MEFMA events.
  • Brainstorming marketing ideas and exploring latest marketing and social media trends.
  • Assisting in managing Social Media channels and assisting in the creation of written, video, and image content.
  • Contacting potential members and training candidates.
  • Conducting designs and artworks amendments if needed.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and analytics.
  • Handling administrative tasks (drafting emails, content translation, database management and website inquiries follow-ups).
  • Other tasks as may be required.

Requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
