A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in CRM roles or related positions
Proficiency in major CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.
Strong understanding of data management, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis.
Experience integrating CRM with email marketing, social media, and other marketing tools.
Basic understanding of SQL for querying CRM databases.
High level of accuracy in data entry and report generation.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
