CRM Manager – Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE
Role Summary: The CRM Manager will drive the company’s customer lifecycle marketing initiatives with a proactive, data-driven approach. This role is essential in enhancing user engagement, retention, and conversion through strategic lifecycle programs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Brand, Editorial, Design, and Product—the CRM Manager will manage projects from ideation through execution, ensuring all communications align with broader marketing goals to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement end-to-end CRM campaigns aimed at user activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and conversion, leveraging channels such as email, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
• Oversee all stages of CRM projects, including planning, briefing, stakeholder coordination, setup, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Looker, Amplitude, and spreadsheets to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct regular A/B testing and experiments to optimize key metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates in alignment with growth objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management focused on improving user retention, revenue growth, and churn prevention.
• Collaborate with Brand, Editorial, Creative, and Product teams to enhance user onboarding and increase the conversion rate from free users to premium subscribers.
• Partner with Analytics teams to define and refine audience segmentation, ensuring effective targeting and timely delivery of messages.
• Manage the CRM marketing calendar, proactively planning for upcoming campaigns and ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
• Continuously assess and optimize active marketing campaigns to determine the best cadence for various channels and audience segments.
• Stay informed on industry trends and suggest improvements to current CRM strategies based on market insights and performance data.
• Regularly evaluate and troubleshoot marketing data, tools, and processes to support the development of scalable, personalized lifecycle programs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing with 5+ years in broader marketing or growth-related domains.
• Proven experience leading impactful marketing projects that contribute to profitability.
• Expertise in designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, experience with Braze is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Amplitude, and SQL…
• Experience in subscription-based businesses, OTTs, streaming platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
