What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the CRM Champion – Lead CRM strategy and execution for the UAE market.
✅ Build Powerful Client Journeys – Develop an annual comms calendar to retain and engage existing clients.
✅ Drive Conversions – Craft content strategies that turn demo users into active traders.
✅ Own CRM Communications – Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
✅ Leverage Data & Insights – Segment audiences, analyze behavior, and optimize campaigns.
✅ Collaborate & Innovate – Work with marketing, premium client teams, and compliance to deliver high-impact messaging.
✅ Test, Learn, Improve – Generate performance reports and continuously refine CRM initiatives.
What You Bring:
