Reporting to the Client Engagement & Digital executive, the intern will be responsible of: CRM & Clienteling.
She/he will support the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and the 3 businesses counterpart on the implementation of the clienteling actions

Profile :
You have a master degree (business school, university master…) and have a first experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background.
You are Tech Savvy, highly mastering excel (advance pivot, index, match, vlookup), familiar with Power BI while understanding the client needs and behaviors.
Your communication skills are one of your strength as it will be key for you to understand internal partners needs & challenges from retail and office.
You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a “can do” mindset which allow you to overcome challenges and to find solution.
You are pro-active, dynamic with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
