Job Description

Make your mark as a Crewing Coordinatorat Horizon Geosciences! The Crewing Coordinatoris responsible for undertaking tasks associated with crew selection and deployment within the Survey division. This is achieved by supporting the day-to-day work within the Crewing Department. Your responsibilities also include the support for training and development of field personnel as well as procurement and accounts.


Your responsibilities as a Crewing Coordinator


  • Supporting all Crewing related activities.
  • Support selection of projects personnel.
  • Coordination with all offshore personnel for their documentations and requirements.
  • Updating project deployment sheet.
  • Update CV packages.
  • Ensure project team have all the documents required for the project.
  • Monitoring the expiry of all offshore documents and take necessary actions.
  • Arranging offshore training and medical checks.
  • Monitoring personnel utilization and availability.
  • Raising Purchase orders for suppliers Ex: Travel Ticket, Personnel hire etc.
  • Verifying supplier’s invoices
  • Identify areas for process improvement, draft, and implementation new procedure.

Qualifications

Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as a Crewing Coordinator if you have:


  • High School (or equivalent) education
  • Proficient in MS office software
  • Minimum of 3 years’ related experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (as per the Horizon Communication Policy).
  • Conversant with equipment and software used within the Company

  • Where you will work: You will be working in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
  • Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Crewing Coordinatoris a full-time job.
