Department Overview:
The Operations department at Jetex is responsible for crew handling, ramp operations, ground dispatch activities, safety, and record-keeping. The department plays a critical role in ensuring that flights are operated in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Job Purpose:
The Crew Handling Agent is responsible for providing high-quality service to the flight crew from the time they enter the Terminal until they reach the aircraft. The Crew Handling Agent will be the first point of contact with all customers and hence, should positively represent Jetex brand and image.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality service to the crew by maintaining a pleasant, professional and friendly attitude. 
  • Meet and greet the crew arriving at the FBO terminal and manage their passports, documentation and requirements. 
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure meticulous planning and organization. 
  • Coordinate movement of crew and luggage both outside and inside the FBO terminal. 
  • Handle feedback from the crew pleasantly and courteously and communicate their needs to relevant Jetex departments.    
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Compliance-related duties:
  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
Requirements:

QualificationHigh School Degree 
Experience2-3 years of experience in passenger handling, airport check-in 
Skillset

Basic IT Skills (MS Office)


Fluent in English (written/verbal)


Bilingual would be an advantage
