Job Description
Baab Studio is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence in the interior design and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy, with a creative mindset and a passion for driving impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Partnership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales goals.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee content creation, including social media posts, website updates, email newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and enhance the company's online presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to develop high-quality visual and written content that reflects the Baab Studio brand.
Digital Marketing and Analytics
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to maximize online visibility and reach.
- Monitor campaign performance and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure success, reporting on KPIs and ROI to the management team.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to ensure marketing strategies are effective and innovative.
Event and Partnership Marketing
- Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and sponsorships that promote the Baab Fit Out brand and foster new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to identify and develop strategic partnerships that enhance our marketing efforts.
Brand Management and Development
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, providing training to internal teams as needed to ensure adherence to the brand identity.
Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industry.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), and content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Creative and Strategic Thinking:
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and partners.
Analytical Skills:
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize strategies.
