Job Purpose
Provides creative direction and oversee all stages of creative development, from concept to execution, across multiple channels; Collaborates closely with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver compelling, consistent, and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audience and reinforce brand identity.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Develops and implements creative strategies that align with the brand's goals, drive customer engagement, and support marketing initiatives.
- Leads, inspires, and manages a team of designers, agencies and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Oversees the ideation, planning, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring each project aligns with the brand voice and visual standards.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, balancing creativity with efficiency; Reviews and provides constructive feedback on team deliverables.
- Upholds brand guidelines and ensures consistency in all creative materials, from digital and social content to print and out-of-home media.
- Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Provides direction, coaching and guidance to team members for their career and professional development.
- Creates a conducive working environment to build and sustain a performance driven, engaged, and committed team.
- Ensures people management responsibilities are handled effectively in line with company procedures; Manages performance of respective teams
- Works closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Manages relationships with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, and agencies, freelancers, as needed for project support.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in arts/ graphic design/communication
- Diploma in Video editing & Visual Effects is a plus.
- Knowledge in using Adobe Suite CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, 2D, 3D & 4D animations and motion graphics.
- Knowledge in protocol/regulations related to marketing and communication.
- Knowledge in creating/enhancing branding concepts and themes that increase market-share.
Work Experience
- Minimum 12+ Years of extensive experience, 5 of which in a managerial role in creative marketing scope of work in Agency/Client, preferably in the aviation industry, low-cost airline is an advantage.
- Understanding market trends and channeling them leads to effective marketing and advertising plans and campaigns.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and successful campaigns.
- Working knowledge in media relations, events management, product development, design and communication.
- Expert in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Project management skills combined with Budgeting experience.
- Ability to develop and articulate creative concepts that align with business goals.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, with an ability to critique and refine creative work.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into impactful creative campaigns.
- Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and market demands.
- Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of Standards, Policies and Procedures.
- Proven record in developing and executing creative advertising strategies and campaigns driving change in a fast-moving environment.
