Job Description

Creative Content Production:
  • Design brochures, banners, and branding for events, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Create digital ads, email templates, and social media posts.
  • Produce print and digital materials for brokers and client desks, maintaining consistency.
  • Develop creative content like property highlights, investment insights, and market trends for brokers and potential buyers.
Project and Brand Branding:
  • Create unique branding for projects, including logos, color schemes, and visual guidelines.
  • Update and maintain brand identity to stay relevant and consistent with market trends.
  • Manage brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Design impactful fence branding to align with project identity for outdoor spaces.
  • Develop magazine layouts to feature properties or the brand in real estate/lifestyle publications.
Multimedia Production and Direction:
  • Manage photography, videography, and 3D walkthroughs to showcase properties.
  • Collaborate on scripting, story-boarding, and editing promotional videos.
  • Ensure high-quality visuals are optimized for multiple platforms, maintaining brand standards.
WhatsApp Channel and Social Media Creatives:
  • Develop compelling visuals and engaging reels tailored for WhatsApp Channel and social media page and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align creative content with ongoing campaigns for consistency and effectiveness.
5. Event Branding:
  • Create event-specific branding materials such as banners, signage, and invitations.
  • Oversee stand mock-ups, layouts, and on-site visual execution for property launches, broker events, and client gatherings.
6. Website and Collaterals:
  • Provide creative inputs for website design updates and ensure visuals align with brand messaging.
  • Develop impactful sales enablement tools such as decks, presentations, factsheets, broker dockets, and commission guidelines.

Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital & Print media design
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
  • UAE Experience & Real estate background is desirable
