Creative Designer

Socialize is on the hunt for a Designer who’s got the motion magic! If you live and breathe After Effects and Premiere Pro and love turning creative ideas into visual masterpieces, we want you on our team! 🌟

As a Designer at Socialize, you’ll be the creative force behind moving and still content that captivates audiences across diverse sectors. You’ll get the chance to dive into an exciting variety of projects, collaborating with some of the sharpest creative minds in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to client briefs with innovative and justified design concepts
• Clearly explaining the reasoning behind your creative decisions
• Crafting engaging social content using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborating with our design team, learning, and contributing to every project
• Juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ease
• Taking ownership of your creative work across a diverse range of clients

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in motion design (whether through personal or client work)
• Strong design and layout skills, including typography, photography, and graphics
• Confidence in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a love for tackling challenges
• Stellar time management and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• The confidence to propose new ideas and ask questions to grow
