We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work across various platforms including physical locations, web, app, social media, and advertising. As part of our creative efforts, you will support the design needs of our brand, ensuring that our visual identity is consistently represented across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create visually compelling designs for digital and physical platforms, including web, app, social media, email, print materials, and in-store displays.

  
  

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.

  
  

• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to streamline the design process, especially during high-demand periods. This includes generating design variations, automating repetitive tasks, and enhancing creative output.

  
  

• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and AI advancements to continuously improve design skills and enhance the creative process.

  
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, technology team, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to brand messaging and design.

  
  

• Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from the marketing manager and stakeholders to refine and perfect designs, ensuring all projects meet the required standards and deadlines.

  
  

• Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging visuals for social media campaigns, email newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
