Your Impact
As a Creative Design Specialist, your role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Deliverect. You will be supporting our Design Manager and the team in driving our brand forward through innovative design and impactful visual storytelling. Your contributions will directly influence our trajectory, as you bring tangible design to our marketing and web design initiatives.

A Typical Day


  • Design Knowledge & Execution
  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Figma, etc.), with the ability to adapt to emerging design tools.
  • Create and produce compelling graphics that align with brand guidelines, including one-pagers, ads, email banners, and Google Slides.  
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative visual assets for campaigns, ensuring creativity and consistency.  
  • Support brand and product design projects, delivering high-quality and impactful results.  
  • Develop both static and video assets for diverse marketing channels.  
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating fresh ideas and creative execution into design projects. 
  • Marketing Asset & Brand Management  
  • Manage and organize marketing assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.  
  • Assist in maintaining and expanding design libraries.  
  • Keep the team updated on new creatives.  
  • Uphold and advocate for brand identity, ensuring all design work adheres to brand guidelines while creatively extending the brand as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Support  
  • Support requests from cross-functional teams, providing design assistance as needed.  

Your Expertise


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.   
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is highly desired.   
  • Certifications in relevant software or design principles are a plus.   
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.   
  • Experience with Figma.   
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external interactions.   
  • A collaborative spirit, contributing positively to team dynamics.   
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, aligning decisions with business objectives.   
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and a commitment to continuous progress.   
  • Ownership of projects, exhibiting transparency in communication and work ethic.   
  • B2B experience is a plus.  

Additional Information


  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Dubai office and 2 days of remote work.
  • Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Fluency in other languages is a strong plus.
