Crane Foreman- Dubai Engineering & Technical
Job Description: • Provide the technicians and operators with instructions and directions, to guide and support the technicians about troubleshooting, repairing methods, efficiency and services quality. • Assign and instruct technician on-site job and breakdowns. • Follow-up with onsite and breakdown calls. • Ensure all the jobs are carried out by technician as per manufacturer recommendation and right parts are used. • Control of maintenance protocol and field service report and to take corrective & preventive action as and when a deviation is found. • Responsible for daily planning of workshop. • Follow up of pending parts. • Control of maintenance protocol and field service report and to take corrective & preventive action as and when a deviation is found. • Responsible for daily planning of workshop. • Follow up of pending parts. • Ensures that customer commissioned services are carried out so that customer expectations and requirements are met. Test the Crane / Equipment before sending to customer site. • Inspection and test of off-hired machines.
