What you will do:
Main PoC for RRPS sales and operations in KSA.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage KSA to ensure distributors / Sales partners are meeting the regional sales and aftersales objectives.
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives by preparing and implementing action plans, conducting audits and recommending regional sales system improvements.
- Upstream influencing of RRPS business in KSA (Seminars, Consultant meetings, regional events)
- Execute KSA Strategy along with HoS Stationary &Sustainable and HoS Mobile Applications
- Work closely with Head of Service and assist implementation of MRO and KSA service strategy to support key customers.
- Work with Head of Stationary/Sustainable Sales and Head of Mobile Sales (including Service Sales) for joint development of KSA market - establish a close and harmonious coordination among sales personnel, service, manufacturing engineering, production, partners and distributors and resolves grievances.
- Be responsible for achievement of W2W KSA targets: Revenue, Order Income, …. (both for sales and service business)
- Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients, consultants and sales team.
- Implement country and market segment strategies, sales approach and terms and conditions to distributors/ partners on a regular basis.
- Drive customer / consultant meetings with distributors to assist in the presentation, local trade shows and events and provide feedback to line manager accordingly.
- Track and report trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales, supports in Sales strategy development for KSA.
- Perform direct sales (on behalf of SME) when required, in which distributor/Partner is not ready from technical perspective.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes.
- Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner that will create goodwill and future sales.
- Identifies additional market or new customer potentials and business opportunities.
- Implement and continuously improve our (internal) processes and their anchoring in our management system triO.
- Other tasks as assigned by the company/superiors.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Power Generation industry in Sales, business development and distributor management functions.
- Extended market knowledge about international and Middle East specific engineering codes standard and regulations as well as project specifications applicable for the Power Generation segment is preferred.
- Good experience, understanding and sound knowledge of operation of engines and systems used in PowerGen industry. Technical product knowledge.
- Proven record of building good business relationships with senior management at distributors, customers and consultant organizations.
- Able to act independently and took decisions as a part of OE/service sales process within SME authorizations. Able to guide and direct new distributor in country.
- Experience in project execution (technical & commercial) and coordination of complex projects (commercial).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of contract law desirable.
- Knowledge in spreadsheet analysis and financial management.
- Self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision.
- Willingness to work in teams, also ability to work independently.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Windows-Office programs.
