The Corporate Tax Advisor will be responsible for providing corporate tax planning, consulting, implementation, and compliance services to a diverse client base.
The Corporate Tax Advisor will be responsible for tax planning strategies, tax compliance requirements, reviewing and analyzing corporate tax returns as well as other tax-related issues.
The Corporate Tax Advisor will also help with tax research, analysis, and development.
The Corporate Tax Advisor will also be responsible for the company’s tax strategy, procedures, policies and compliance with the corporate tax laws and regulations.

Assisting with the review and analysis of corporate tax returns and other tax related documents Providing advice on tax planning strategies, tax compliance requirements and other tax related matters Assisting with research, analysis, and development of tax solutions Developing and executing tax strategies for clients Reviewing and advising on financial statements Analyzing and interpreting changes in tax laws and regulations Provide comprehensive tax advice and planning to clients. Develop tax strategies and recommend solutions to maximize tax savings and minimize risk. Research and analyze complex tax issues to ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations. Prepare and review corporate tax returns to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and review pending changes in tax laws and regulations. Represent clients in tax dispute resolution proceedings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide consultation and guidance to clients on tax-related matters. Review and negotiate tax contracts, settlements, and other documents. Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Maintain excellent knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Advise clients on tax planning strategies and analyze the tax implications of various transactions. Perform research and analysis on complex tax issues. Handle any tax-related leads and inquiries, when required, and convert them into closed sales. Contribute to creating marketing material related to corporate tax. Strive to maintain excellent relations with the clients Develop tax planning strategies for corporate clients. Prepare tax returns, projections, and estimates for corporate clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with up-to-date tax advice. Assist with audits and other reviews by tax authorities. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and identify opportunities for clients. Provide tax advice to clients on a wide range of topics including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, reorganizations, and debt and equity financings. Analyze the financial and operational impacts of complex tax issues. Act as liaison between clients and tax authorities to resolve tax disputes. Develop a corporate tax strategy for the company to enable maximum tax savings and minimize risk. Create and maintain tax procedures and policies for the company and update them when required. Carry out all activities to ensure company’s compliance with corporate tax laws and regulations.
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager to meet department/ division objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Educational Qualifications
A university graduate in Finance and Accounting ACCA/ CA / CPA will be an added advantage Years of Experience
4 years of relevant work experience. Nature of Experience
Excellent knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Quality standards and quality assurance policy and procedure. Proficient in Tax Computations. Language Skills
