A leading Insurance brokers in Dubai is seeking a passionate HR Executive to play a pivotal role in our growing team. As an HR Executive, you'll be responsible for driving employee satisfaction, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting and hiring top talent.
• Onboarding: Oversee a smooth and positive onboarding process for new hires.
• Employee Development: Implement performance management systems, conduct reviews, and foster employee development.
• HR Administration: Manage payroll, attendance, leave management, HR policies and procedures, and telephone and computer allotments.
• Employee Engagement: Celebrate birthdays and festivals, organize outdoor events, and address grievances promptly.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to manpower planning and support company initiatives to improve staff quality and foster a positive work culture.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
• Benefits Administration: Ensure compliance and employee satisfaction with benefits programs.
• HR Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
• Professional Development: Support employee advancement through qualification initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Management Information Systems (preferred).
• A genuine passion for employee well-being and professional development.
