The Role:

This is a temporary backfill position for a fixed term of 4 months, sitting within our account management team in the Middle East. The primary focus will be managing and upselling a portfolio of SMB accounts and will suit a highly-organised and confident communicator, who enjoys building relationships with senior corporate stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving incremental revenue for the business by upselling and cross-selling accounts.
  • Setting up meetings and calls with corporate decision-makers to review their spend, while pitching new use-cases and promotional offers.
  • Working closely with BDMs to execute seamless handovers with new clients.
  • Re-engaging churned clients through customised campaigns and communications.
  • Utilising tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Looker, to track and report on portfolio performance, presenting to leadership on growth strategies and key outcomes.
  • Accompanying senior AMs to client meetings and providing account support wherever required, such as creating customised client decks and quotations.
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks that fall within DfW’s scope, such as emailer campaigns, data analytics, and chasing overdue invoices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through a consultative and data-driven approach.
  • B2B experience preferred, ideally with experience using Salesforce and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Quick learner, team player, and thrives within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
