Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of core network elements (IMS, EPC, MPLS, SDH, IP Core, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Continuously monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve network issues, implement improvements, and support expansion projects.
  • Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect network infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, conduct root cause analysis of failures, and recommend long-term solutions for stability.


Skills

Preference:

  • UAE Nationals with Family book
  • CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or vendor-specific certifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, and switching
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for core networks
