About Rule:
- Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities with Operations and establish activity priorities to improve the plant availability.
- Maintain operations activities in the maintenance management system for reporting and monitoring.
- Develop operating procedures and standing instructions to provide efficient overall control and
- coordination.
- Monitor the plant day-to-day technical performance; provide corrective actions, procedures and
recommendations to overcome plant problems.
- Initiate action plans to improve high standards of safety within the plant and participate in risk
assessment and failure reports analysis.
- Review, monitor overall reliability efforts and participate in reliability improvement programs, problem identification, root cause analysis and recommendations to ensure highest levels of quality.
- Provide operation input of plant related modifications, projects, HAZOP, process flow diagrams review (PID’s) for improvements/ enhancements.
- Coordinate plant shutdowns and turnarounds to facilitate smooth plant operations.
- Provide input for area activities in to the maintenance management system and coordinate / plan to perform with maintenance team.
- Evaluate risk associate with work and lead during the risk assessment session.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 years’ experience in Production Operations in Sour Gas Plants in a large industrial organization, with at least 4 years in supervisory role.
