Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Coordination and Follow-up: Ensure quality of outgoing transactions and correspondence between departments.
  • Operational Plan Execution: Assist in preparing and monitoring the implementation of operational plans.
  • Resource Management and Budgeting: Help identify resource needs and prepare budgets in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Document and Report Management: Coordinate the delivery and receipt of documents and reports for the supervisor.
  • Meeting Coordination and Communication: Manage meeting schedules, organize, and ensure proper communication.
