Conversion Agent

We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Conversion Agent for a client in the Financial industry. This role is ideal for professionals looking to make a significant impact by enhancing the performance of sales teams and driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers from all over the world via phone and email;

• Identify clients’ needs, goals and expectations in the world of finance;

• Present and explain the broker’s products and services to both beginner and advanced clients;

• Stay educated on the latest financial market developments;

• Bring awareness and educate clients on financial news and events;

• Work with upper management to provide feedback and improve the company’s offerings.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi;

• Previous experience on a Sales position is considered a PLUS;

• Previous experience in the FX industry is considered a PLUS;

• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills;

• Ability to meet deadlines and pursue targets;

• Energetic presence and fighting spirit.

•Working hours: 09:00–19:00, Full-time, On-site
