The key objectives for this role are:
- Manage and prioritize contract review workload across supported business(es) in alignment with business(es) requirements.
- Manage and deliver the application of relevant Group Commercial Policies across the supported business(es), in conjunction with commercial lead(s).
- Implement of common ways of working to maximize value, gain efficiencies and minimize risk to Wood.
- Responsible for providing direction, strategy and leadership to direct reports (if applicable)
- Managing and maintaining key internal interfaces within supported business(es)
- Deputize for Head of Contracts, when requested.
- SME in contract law and contracts related policies.
