The role ensure that agreements align with legal, commercial, and operational requirements while mitigating risks and optimizing costs. This role includes drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, as well as handling claims, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Strong negotiation, legal, and project management skills are essential.
