Today, we are recruiting for a Contract Manager to join our team in UAE. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility Middle East.


What are my responsibilities?


  • Draft contractual letters and correspondences on demand with clear, concise, and factual content.
  • Formulate, evaluate, and keep track of project records.
  • Support in drafting exhaustive claim reports, Variation proposals, & other contractual assessments in a timely fashion.
  • Generating and updating contract and claim management reports to business partners and management.
  • Align overarching & case-specific claiming strategies with the Project Management, the Consortium Partner, the internal Business Units and ensuring proper implementation.
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and proactively identifying events where the company’s rights need to be protected.

What do I need to qualify for this job?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager within the construction industry and with customers in UAE
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law and general standard contractual wording
  • Solid knowledge of contract management principles and practices in the construction industry.
  • Understanding of relevant UAE and Oman laws and regulations governing construction contracts.
  • Excellent contractual writing skills: Ability to draft concise, factual, and substantiated letters correspondences and claim reports.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, administer multiple contracts simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analyzing contract terms, project records, and claim management reports to identify potential risks or issues.
  • English language is a must to have. Arabic language is a plus.
