Apply now for the position of Contract Admin Internship program (6 months to 1 year), This will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your role:

• Manage daily contract management request i.e. contract reviewing, clarification process, contract setup in system and maintenance of complete contract databases
• Identification and following up on customers performance obligations, making sure the same is reflected correctly in system contacts.
• Addressing the queries relating to customer contract in terms of pricing, quantities and other related topics originating from the customer orders.
• Contract Management including renewals, cancellation and extensions including uploading it to the contract database where required.

Your expertise:

• Pursuing bachelor's degree or master’s degree in finance / accounting or equivalent
• Prior experience in business environment activities or internships is highly advantageous. Desirable in Finance or Controlling areas
• Ability to analyze information critically, evaluate it accurately and support in decision-making processes in a dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of contract management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• User experience of SAP System is a plus.
• English (Full proficiency); Arabic is preferred.
