The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes specializing in Continental cuisine, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and quality standards.
Proven experience as a Continental Chef or relevant position
Deep understanding of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Culinary school diploma or degree in Food Service Management or related field
