Job Description
Proficiency in photo editing applications, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in lighting and composition. Advanced technical skills aligned with industry standards. Knowledge of video editing applications such as Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with podcast production techniques and equipment. Compose and process content based on specified briefs. Post-process content to the highest industry standards. Maintain equipment health and service records. Direct and manage shoots independently. Collaborate with the creative team to develop required mood boards. Continuously evolve production quality. Maintain image and video archives, including key wording database.* Adhere to best practices and procedures for content production.
