Job Description



The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and ambitious Content Lead to lead the conferences and content for the inaugural digital health event. The role will consist of conceptualising, creating, managing and executing the overall content and experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, a passion for leading and developing exciting events, and the strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders. The role requires an innovative mind that can suggest and develop new ideas and create exciting event experiences.

We are launching a brand new innovative and exciting digital health event - DigiHealth aimed at bringing together industry leaders, startups, healthcare professionals, and technology experts to explore the future of health technology. Our mission is to foster collaboration, share insights, and drive advancements in the digital health space.

Strategic Vision:



Craft the overarching strategy for content sessions and conferences, defining themes, goals, and target audiences. Bring fresh ideas to the table, ensuring an unforgettable event experience.

Market Research:



Dive deep into market trends to drive delegate growth and enhance content relevance. Gather feedback from exhibitors, speakers, and attendees to refine our approach and report findings to senior management.

Program Development:



Curate an engaging agenda that includes keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with industry experts to shape thought-provoking content that resonates with audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement:



Forge and nurture relationships with speakers, associations, NGOs, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees. Connect with the global healthcare ecosystem to generate innovative content and speaker lineups.

Community Building:



Lead the charge in developing a vibrant digital healthcare community. Identify key personas in the space and create ongoing engagement strategies, collaborating with marketing to foster a year-round network.

Internal Collaboration:



Work closely with event, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on content and conference development, driving the vision set by the business.

Commercial Impact:



Partner with the commercial team to produce compelling thought leadership content that attracts sponsorships and enhances ticketing value.

Marketing and Promotion:



Collaborate with marketing to design eye-catching promotional materials and social media campaigns that boost attendance and engagement. Explore innovative marketing concepts to elevate our outreach.

Budget Management:



Oversee the conference budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

On-Site Leadership:



Lead the on-site team during events, ensuring smooth execution and high standards for all sessions and speakers.

Post-Event Analysis:



Evaluate conference success through data analysis, attendee feedback, and financial metrics. Utilize insights for strategic planning and improvements for future events.

Key Performance Indicators



Delegate attendance and revenue Sponsorship revenue Timely and high-quality conference programming Strategy development and execution

Qualifications



Degree educated Must have knowledge and experience in the events industry preferably having launched large scale shows
