The Content Executive will be responsible for managing and updating product listings, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing content across the e-commerce platform. The role requires hands-on experience with PIM platforms (Akeneo or similar), bulk data handling, SEO content structuring, and quality checks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and capable of handling large datasets while coordinating with agencies for content execution.

Responsibilities:
Product Content Management: Update and maintain product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, images, and attributes for accuracy and completeness.
PIM & Data Handling: Manage product attributes, bulk uploads, and content modifications in Akeneo, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Content Optimization & SEO: Ensure SEO-friendly content structuring, correct titles, bullet features, and improved search discoverability of product listings.
Quality Checks & Process Improvement: Conduct daily audits to validate product content, troubleshoot errors, fix misclassified categories, and optimize facet filters.
Agency Coordination & Workflow Management: Allocate tasks to external agencies, track progress, and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality benchmarks.
Content Support for Sellers & Internal Teams: Process seller and in-house team requests for content updates, activate/deactivate product flags, and resolve listing issues.
Variant Grouping & Catalog Structuring: Identify products suitable for variant grouping, ensuring structured product listings for better navigation.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain trackers for content updates, quality audits, and pending tasks, ensuring visibility into execution status and accuracy levels.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in product content management, cataloging, or data handling for e-commerce.
• Experience with PIM platforms (Akeneo, Salsify, or similar) and bulk data management in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning).
• Basic SEO knowledge for structuring content and improving product discoverability.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in handling large data sets, maintaining trackers, and ensuring process efficiency.
• Experience working with e-commerce CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured product data.
• Basic SEO knowledge to optimize product content for better search visibility.
