Job Description

Role Overview: 


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) team at Driven Properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging training materials, e-learning modules, and resources tailored to our real estate brokerage’s needs. This role plays a vital part in supporting employee development, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Content Creation: 


  • Design and develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, workbooks, e-learning modules, videos, and infographics. 
  • Translate complex real estate concepts into easy-to-understand, interactive, and engaging content. 

E-Learning Development: 


  • Create and manage digital learning modules using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance to Dubai’s real estate market. 
  • Needs Analysis: 
  • Partner with the L&D team and managers to assess training needs and identify content gaps. 
  • Adapt materials for various audiences, including property consultants and support staff. 

Content Optimization: 


  • Regularly update training materials to align with regulatory changes, market trends, and company strategies. 
  • Incorporate feedback from employees and managers to improve content delivery and effectiveness. 
  • Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with trainers, HR, and leadership teams to align training content with organizational goals. 
  • Support the rollout of new training initiatives and company-wide learning programs.
