Job Summary
As a Content Creator/Multimedia Specialist you will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s voice and visual identity across various digital platforms. Your role will involve managing the social media content calendar, ensuring the regular posting of high-quality content that captivates the audience and promotes the brand effectively. Leveraging your creativity and expertise in video editing, videography, photography, and motion graphics, you will bring the content to life and significantly contribute the marketing objectives, enhancing the presence in the competitive real estate landscape.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring content is planned, created, and posted regularly across all platforms.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos, images, and motion graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Video Editing & Videography: Craft compelling video content from concept to execution, including shooting and editing.
Photography: Capture stunning images that can be used across our digital platforms and marketing materials.
Motion Graphics: Create engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance our video content and social media posts.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop content strategies that boost brand visibility and engagement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Creator,
Multimedia Specialist, or similar role with a portfolio showcasing your work in
video editing, videography, photography, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in video editing software
(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe
Photoshop, After Effects).
Strong understanding of social media
platforms and content trends.
Experience managing content calendars and
executing content strategies.
Creative thinker with excellent
storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration
skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
