PinBest, a Dubai-registered company, specializes in providing cost-effective home repair, installation services, and smart home products to customers in the Middle East. We are currently seeking a Content and E-commerce Platform Management Assistant to take on the following responsibilities:


- Social Media Management: Manage and operate the company’s accounts on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and X, including content posting, user engagement, and execution of promotional strategies.


- E-commerce Platform Management: Handle Shopify store tasks such as product uploads, optimization, and maintenance, including image and description editing.


- Design and Content Creation: Create promotional images, edit content, and perform video editing to enhance brand visibility.

- Third-Party Service Coordination: Identify and organize external third-party services, such as freelance designers, content creators, or other relevant vendors, to support business operations.

- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze performance metrics from social media and e-commerce platforms and provide improvement suggestions.

- Other Tasks: Assist the team with other duties as assigned
