Are you an ESG professional looking for a role where you can lead client engagements, shape sustainability strategies, and drive impact?


A fast-growing advisory firm is seeking an experienced Consultant to deliver top-tier ESG and sustainability consulting services.

This remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and wants to work on high-profile sustainability projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead ESG consulting projects and manage client relationships.
  • Develop tailored sustainability strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct ESG audits, risk assessments, and investment due diligence.
  • Provide expert advice on ESG integration and performance improvement.
  • Drive business development efforts through proposals and thought leadership.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on sustainability and ESG.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and sustainability regulations.
  • Client engagement and business development experience.
  • Experience in the Middle East or Africa is a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability.

  • ESG Strategy Development – Ability to craft and implement sustainability strategies tailored to client needs.
  • ESG Framework Expertise – Strong knowledge of GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other key sustainability reporting standards.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with sustainability-related regulations and industry best practices.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory – Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high-impact ESG solutions.
  • ESG Risk Assessment & Due Diligence – Ability to evaluate ESG risks and opportunities in investments and corporate operations.
  • Project Management – Strong organizational skills to lead multiple ESG projects effectively.
  • Business Development & Thought Leadership – Experience in proposal writing, client acquisition, and contributing to ESG industry insights.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to interpret sustainability data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Communication & Presentation – Exceptional skills in delivering ESG findings, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability to navigate complex ESG challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Experience in Emerging Markets (Preferred) – Understanding of ESG trends in the Middle East or Africa is a plus.
  • Passion for Sustainability – A deep commitment to driving environmental, social, and governance impact.
