SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents with various congenital and acquired heart conditions.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality surgical interventions, developing personalized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose pediatric patients presenting with cardiac issues through detailed evaluations.
- Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
- Carry out complex surgical procedures on pediatric patients with cardiac diseases.
- Oversee postoperative care, monitoring recovery, and addressing any complications that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to provide a seamless care experience for patients and their families.
- Engage in continuing medical education and research to stay current with advancements in pediatric cardiac surgery.
