Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough oral examinations to assess and diagnose oral diseases and disorders.
- Review and analyze patients' medical histories and symptoms to formulate effective treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including biopsies and imaging studies.
- Manage oral health conditions such as oral lesions, cancers, and temporomandibular joint disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, including biopsies and lesion removals as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay informed of the latest research and trends in oral medicine, enhancing professional competency through continuous education.
