As a Consultant/Specialist Oncologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for developing personalized treatment strategies, administering therapies, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies and biopsies, to accurately diagnose cancer.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted therapies.
- Monitor and manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, potential side effects, and supportive care measures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists to devise comprehensive and integrated treatment approaches.
- Participate in tumor board discussions and clinical research initiatives to contribute to advancements in oncology.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest oncology research, clinical guidelines, and treatment protocols.
