As a Consultant/Specialist Neurosurgeon, your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and treating patients suffering from neurological disorders. You will perform advanced surgical procedures, consult with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to comprehensive patient management, ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' neurological health, including comprehensive medical histories and diagnostic procedures
- Order and interpret various imaging studies like MRI and CT scans to aid in diagnosis
- Diagnose and manage both surgical and non-surgical treatment plans for conditions such as brain tumors, spinal disorders, and head injuries
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures utilizing state-of-the-art technologies
- Oversee post-operative care and follow-up for optimal recovery
