Job Description
Provide expert consultation and clinical services to patients with kidney-related issues, including chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and acute kidney injury. Diagnose and manage various nephrological conditions through comprehensive patient assessments, lab results, and imaging. Offer treatment plans, including medication prescriptions, dialysis therapy, and lifestyle modifications. Perform dialysis procedures such as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure the best care for patients with complex health issues. Manage and monitor patients undergoing kidney transplant evaluations and post-transplant care. Educate patients and their families about kidney health, treatment options, and prevention. Participate in hospital rounds, consultations, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Stay updated with the latest advancements in nephrology and implement evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
