SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Consultant/Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will provide expert care to pregnant women and their unborn children, specializing in the management of high-risk pregnancies and fetal conditions.
As a Consultant/Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, utilize advanced diagnostic technologies, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans. Your dedication to your patients and their families will be instrumental in ensuring safe and positive outcomes during pregnancy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed ultrasounds and diagnostic assessments to evaluate fetal health and development
- Manage high-risk pregnancies with conditions such as gestational diabetes, hypertension, and fetal anomalies
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their pregnancy risks and treatment options
- Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals in a team-based approach
- Perform amniocentesis and other procedures as needed
- Monitor patients' progress throughout their pregnancy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in maternal and fetal medicine
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records for all patients
- Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in patient care
