Search Plus HR is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant/Specialist in Internal Medicine to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality medical care and expertise, focusing on the comprehensive management of adult patients with various health conditions.
As a Consultant/Specialist Internal Medicine, you will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your contribution will be essential in improving patient health through effective diagnosis and ongoing management of chronic and acute medical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed evaluations of adult patients, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of diseases and conditions affecting adult patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies to inform treatment decisions
- Develop and oversee individual treatment plans tailored to specific patient needs
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions based on best practices
- Provide education, counselling, and support to patients regarding their health and wellness
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care
- Engage in professional development and stay informed about advancements in the field of Internal Medicine
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree and an active medical license in Internal Medicine
- Completion of an Internal Medicine residency program
- Experience in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions in adults
- In-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of Internal Medicine
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
