Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our team. As a Consultant Radiologist, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting diagnostic imaging procedures for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans, and mammograms- Interpret imaging results and provide accurate and timely reports to referring physicians- Consult with other specialists and healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans- Provide guidance and direction to the radiology team, including Technicians and Assistants- Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated- Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of Radiology and incorporate new technologies and techniques into practice- Act as a liaison between the radiology department and other departments within the organization- Educate patients and their families about the imaging process and answer any questions or concerns- Maintain patient records and adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations- Participate in quality control and improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care
