Job Description

Qualifications and experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in law, the candidate must have pursued legal studies with modules/subjects in both English and Arabic
  • Mater’s Degree in international law, administrative law, or comparative legal studies will be preferred
  • Legal courses (legislative bodies in Arabic countries)
  • Familiarity with the UAE legal landscape (HR Law)
  • Develop internal executive regulations/bylaws and internal policies (from an HR perspective)
  • Ensure that all policies and practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements (preferrable to have this for HR)
  • Review internal legal documents in both Arabic and English and assess the legal gap and provide advice on legal controls
  • Conduct research to analyze HR practices and legislations in different countries.
  • Legal research on HR policies, HR regulations, etc.
