SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for a highly qualified Consultant Gynecologist Oncologist to join our dynamic team. This position is essential for providing expert medical care and support to patients striving to overcome gynecological cancers. Your role will encompass the full spectrum of oncology services, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care from diagnosis to treatment.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, conducting necessary diagnostic tests, and formulating individualized treatment plans. You will perform surgical procedures as needed and manage chemotherapy or radiation therapies while coordinating with other specialists to optimize treatment outcomes and enhance patient well-being.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and physical examinations of patients
- Order and interpret imaging studies, laboratory tests, and pathology results
- Diagnose various gynecological cancers such as ovarian, cervical, and uterine cancers
- Design and implement personalized treatment services, including surgery, chemotherapy, and palliative care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential side effects
- Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment, making adjustments as necessary
