As a reputed multi speciality hospital, we are looking for a specialized Gastroenterologist to diagnose and treat diseases of the digestive system. Ability to examine patients to determine what’s causing the patient’s symptoms. Specialized to use a variety of tools, including endoscopes and biopsies, to diagnose the cause of the problem. Gastroenterologist Duties and Responsibilities Consulting with patients to diagnose the cause of abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, weight loss, and other symptomsPerforming a variety of diagnostic tests, including endoscopies, colonoscopies, and upper endoscopy proceduresRequesting lab tests and scans where required for diagnosisAnalyzing the results of diagnostic tests to determine a diagnosis and plan treatment optionsPrescribing medicationsRecommending lifestyle changes to manage gastrointestinal problemsKeeping medical records and liaising with a team of doctors where necessary for patient care
