Job Title: Consultant Finance Analyst – MI & Planning
Reports To (Title): Manager, MI & Planning
Organization Unit: Tanfeeth F&A
Location: Meydan
1.Organisation Unit Purpose
MI and Planning is the Business facing reporting team supporting mainly Retail and Wholesale product business. This unit is responsible for reporting business results, various insights, budget Vs. Actual analysis, support budgeting cycles etc.
2. Job Purpose
The job holder will be part of the team developing / designing /producing the Management Information for International locations and support the MI & Planning team with budgets, forecasts and reporting for various units within Group Finance.
3. Job Content
Production of MI packs for defined products/segments, Financial Reporting and IR Timeliness and accuracy
Collation of required reports from sub systems / GL, summarize /consolidate as per Business Finance requirements.
Consolidation MI packs for business finance partners & Completion and submission of various financial reporting schedules
Compilation of reports as per IR requirements & Handling of ad hoc queries/reports
Develop / Design process to create synergy and help in standardizing the reports.
Computation of incentives and dealer commissions Timeliness, accuracy, and controls
Computation of incentives for various products/segments/channels
Develop / Design report by working with business stakeholders to ensure the required application is delivered as per the timelines.
Financial Controls and reconciliations Timeliness and accuracy
Ensure timely reconciliations are performed for identified accounts.
Ensure financial controls are maintained & Timely escalation of exceptions/deviations.
Suggest and implement process improvements to address any control gaps.
Planning and forecasting Timeliness and completeness
Compilation of inputs from Business units and completion of budget / forecast templates
Updating of actuals into database to monitor trends & Tracking of capex investments.
Develop / Design reports for improving the timeliness & quality of forecasting/Budgeting exercise.
