Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough preoperative assessments of patients scheduled for cardiac surgery
- Design and implement effective anesthesia management plans based on individual patient needs
- Administer various types of anesthesia (general, regional, etc.) during surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthetic depth continuously during operations
- Provide postoperative care and pain management to ensure patient comfort
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to practice improvements
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards
