As a Construction Project Manager at MIRA, you will lead projects at all stages and manage a teamб oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality structures. This position demands a proactive leader with a strong background in civil engineering and experience in high-rise construction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial parameters.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and project specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
- Identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
